"Feilchenfeldt : Hepp" is based on a collaboration between the designers of 1999 to 2010. In this exhibition the designer Patricia Hepp shows the knitted sculptures "Reloaded", embedded in corresponding models, as a narrative ensemble. This collection reflects on seeing clothes as wearable stories. As body covers that connect with their wearer and witness their experiences. The philosophy of clothing based on the principle of the »slowcraft« movement includes not only the elaborate and sustainable manufacturing processes, the craftsmanship, but also the more profound, content-related conception. An impulse that counteracts the fast-moving development of the textile industry and gives clothing, as part of our personal history, a value of its own.
