1-Titel-Kinderkonzerte
»Concerts for Children« is a program of five concerts per year in the concert hall of Museum Insel Hombroich, since 2002. Musical performances of a high quality from diverse cultures and a variety of instruments are offered successfully to young children to encounter and learn about classical music in an early stage.
This project has been awarded several times as well as the project »Kleine Hörschule«. The children of the Kindergarden are introduced to listening with a specially designed weeklong workshop under the guidance of a professional musician and composer. For the elder children, who have left to school we offer a program of different artistic, musical, handicraft and cultural workshops in the kindergarten and in artists‘ studios on weekends since 1998.
