Since the beginning of the label Feilchenfeldt : Hepp with the textile designer Cécile Feilchenfeldt, portable textile objects have been created, launching between the worlds of fashion and art. The shapes of the pieces provoke the traditional expectations of fashion, and evolve away from the stereotypical body. Irrespective of gender-specific classification, they form a sculptural position to clothing and can be worn in many different ways by a wide variety of people.
They are shown in exhibitions such as the Galerie für Angewandte Kunst in Munich or the Textilmuseum Krefeld as well as in the fashion sector such as in Tokyo under the label Issey Miyake or as dance costume made for a ballet by Heinz Spoerli.
Feilchenfeldt : Hepp has been awarded the Bavarian State Prize for design and exhibition.

The costumes for the dancers function as independent artistic objects, leaving behind the usual angel accessories such as feathers, gold and glitter, as well as the sweet kitsch of traditional tutus. The costumes can be worn variably and develop unpredictable figures through the dancing movement.
